Mortuary Pole was carved by Simon Charlie (1920-2005) and was donated to the City of Duncan by the Cowichan Valley Museum.
Mortuary Pole is on display inside Duncan City Hall so it only available for viewing during regular City Hall hours.
Mortuary Pole shows the textured surfaces that were a feature of Simon Charlie‘s work.
