The house next door at 257 Cairnsmore stands on what was originally a garden area of the original lot one acre for 263 Cairnsmore. This lot was subdivided from the original lot by Joe Chaster and the house at 257 Cairnsmore was built by Joe Chaster’s daughter, Ruth Chaster, in 1994.
