A Brief History of 241 Craig Street, the Manzer Building
The Manzer Building at 241 Craig Street was built in 1926 and is a good example of an early 20th century mixed use building, with commercial space on the main level and residential space on the second floor.
It was named the Manzer Building in 1994, when new owners decided to name the building in honour of Phyllis Manzer, a long time tenant who had rented an apartment on the second floor since 1958.
